We’ve spent a week here, and we can say it’s an absolutely brilliant hotel for exploring the city. - Very well connected, with the Underground right outside the hotel. - The staff are super friendly; you can really feel the good vibes. They’re always very attentive and willing to help, without being overbearing. I’m terrible with names, but the guy with tattoos and glasses who was in the lobby was always on hand to assist his colleagues or guests, and the receptionists were super friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff were great too. The girl cleaning our floor was always working really hard and was very friendly. - The part of London where it’s located has lovely views of Canary Wharf and the O2. There are plenty of shops and places nearby for whatever you might need. - Although the hotel isn’t very big, the variety of food at breakfast is more than made up for by its excellent quality; the food was delicious and they didn’t overdo it on fried or greasy dishes, as we’ve seen in many hotels. - You can work very comfortably in the hall, the internet works really well, and it was a quite comfortable space with plenty of seating and power sockets. - The room has everything you need and the bed was comfortable; the air conditioning was essential as we had a severe heatwave, so coming back to the hotel was a real treat. Plus, everything was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended – we really enjoyed the experience.

Stayed one night to attend a music event locally. Brilliant location right by the tube station with quick connection into Central London. Staff is welcoming and the lobby/bar area has a great atmosphere. Room was clean and super quiet, the windows block all outdoor sound. Bed was super comfortable and we had a great night sleep. Despite being on the 7th floor water pressure in the shower was excellent. The room had a decent size desk letting me comfortably catch up on some work. Breakfast was delicious setting us up for a good day. Thank you to the team for looking after us.

I enjoyed my stay here. ac worked well. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. They dont have laundry but they contract with a company that does pickup/drop off laundry service and it was a piece of cake to use. Right across the street from an underground station so it was easy to get into central London. If youre not wanting to stay in the heart of the city but still be close enough, I would recommend this hotel location.

I've stayed at the Ibis Canning Town many times. Everything and everyone are fantastic from the front of house, bar staff, cleaners and many other's. Too many to mention although this time Sky and Curtis were brilliant along with everyone else. I will not stay anywhere else when I take my London break. Everyone goes above and beyond all the time. They are the best 150% plus more ❤️
