This hotel was great! The customer service was awesome and all the staff genuinely seem happy. The location is near all the shopping centers. When I come back to London I would stay here again for sure.

The Knightsbridge hotel is my new favorite boutique hotel in London. The hotel interior is so unique and every detail is unmatched and thought of. The service was exceptional from beginning to end- it truly felt like staying there was home away from home. Room service/Food and bev was also superb. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. The owners did a phenomenal job with the decor, service, and everything in between. The location was also convenient given you are right next to Hyde Park, have several stores including Harrods steps away and you’re pretty central making it easy to hop anywhere you need to in a shorter amount of time.

Great spot between two metro lines, and easily walkable to V&A and Natural History museums (and Harrod's!) Really professional staff and they do an excellent breakfast (worth getting these included!) Standard rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but very cosy and comfortable.
