I initially requested a free cancellation because my flight was cancelled. The hotel was contacted multiple times by Booking.com on my behalf, but they refused every request. As an alternative, I then asked to simply change my reservation dates instead of cancelling. I wasn’t asking for a refund—I only wanted to keep the same number of nights on different dates due to circumstances beyond my control. Unfortunately, the hotel refused that request as well and showed no flexibility or willingness to help. This experience has been very disappointing and has left a negative impression before my stay has even begun. I understand that policies are important, but good customer service also means showing reasonable flexibility when guests face unexpected situations like a cancelled flight.

I am really disgusted and disappointed with this establishment. I used booking.com for the first time and booked the wrong dates to stay here. I realised my mistake in less than 30 minutes - 28 to be precise - and in a complete panic got hold of them to cancel but they refuse to do so. I am liable for over 1200 pounds for a place I cannot stay in and they don't give a damn. If I want to change my booking for the correct weekend, a week later, it's going to cost me over 3000 pounds...They readily admit that they are fully booked and so they could easily replace my booking but they won't. My bank and Booking.com have both intervened and they won't budge. I'm an optimist and so it's not often that I am left with nothing good to say about human behaviour but I really am now.

A beautiful place to stay in a great location. The lady on reception could not have been more lovely and helpful. Our apartment was spotless and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Will ABSOLUTELY stay there again and again. First visit in London and we chose to use Beaufort house Aparthotel as our accommodation. We have 3 small kids and the 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family. Very well cared for daily, stocked to the brim with extra goodies and staff was incredible every day. LOVE LOVE LOVE and would be hard pressed to stay anywhere else. Thank you, staff for making it such a great experience.
