About Cheval Knightsbridge
Step into a room at Cheval Knightsbridge and you get more than a bed for the night: these are generously sized apartments, kept spotless, each with a full kitchen and access to laundry facilities, so unpacking properly and settling in for a few days feels natural rather than forced. Air conditioning and free WiFi are standard throughout the 33 rooms, and there's a garden to retreat to when London traffic gets too much.
Downstairs, a restaurant and bar cover meals and evening drinks, with breakfast available for those who want to start the day without leaving the building. A gym, meeting rooms, concierge services and luggage storage round out the practical side, and free on-site parking is a genuine rarity for a London property of this kind. Pets are welcome too, which isn't always the case in the city centre.
The location in Knightsbridge puts shopping, restaurants and bars within easy reach, and the concierge team is well placed to help with plans further afield. Staff are generally praised for going out of their way to help, though a handful of stays have noted service can be inconsistent at busier times - worth bearing in mind rather than a reason to look elsewhere.

What guests say
We booked a 2-bedroom apartment at Cheval Knightsbridge and had a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The master bedroom and its ensuite bathroom were spacious, which is quite rare in London. The second bedroom was a bit smaller, but still functional. Overall, the apartment size was very decent and well-suited for our stay. The location is excellent, just steps away from Harrods and within walking distance to Hyde Park and other key attractions, making it very convenient. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Brayan was incredibly attentive and responsive, taking care of all our requests promptly and professionally. Pedro went above and beyond to arrange an extension in the same apartment, which made our late check-out smooth and very comfortable ahead of our flight. Overall, I highly recommend Cheval Knightsbridge for anyone looking for a spacious, well-located, and comfortable stay in London, with truly outstanding service.

My husband booked this hotel. We would be in London for one night after our vacation. We stayed in 25A. The location is amazing with great shopping, dining, close to a rail station and walking distance to Hyde Park. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by the reception employees and taken to our room. Laundry soap was missing but - no big deal we went and purchased some around the corner. The issue was that the hot water ran out and at one point we had no water at all. We are a family of four and wanted to freshen up before dinner. We could hear the water attempting to function. My husband did not want to call the front desk, so we waited about 30 minutes and the water came back on. On a good note, we were only there one night on our way back home - but this can be concerning especially if the stay would have been longer. The street is quiet and we got some much needed rest.

A family of 4, we had a wonderful stay in the apartment assigned to us in the Knightsbridge area of London from 24 to 26 April. The service was excellent, and both the apartment itself and its location were simply outstanding. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We'd like to express my sincere thanks to the Cheval Collection team for their kindness and professionalism throughout my stay. We'd highly recommend them to any traveller looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in London.

Apartment was in perfect location, two local grocery stores around the corner, Harrods across the street. Bus stops very convenient. Lounge was nice size, no view unless you like looking at the back of buildings. Deliveries to retail stores behind apartment start at 5am. Other guests were extremely loud in the marble floored lobby on Montpelier Mews. Kitchen was quite nice with a full size fridge. Front desk did not show us how to use washer dryer, or how to use the shower only, important for non EU visitors. Older individuals or those that are unsteady should be mindful of getting in and out of the tub. See video, floors creak loudly, I can't imagine staying in the unit below and listening to people walking around.
