What guests say
We had a party of 2 staying at this hotel, overall it was a very pleasant stay and the service was exceptional! The only downside was that the pool in the hotel seemed to have some strands of hair floating around on the surface which was a little off putting around the overall pool cleanliness. Other than that the stay was great with a superb breakfast selection!

Great hotel and facilities. Staff super friendly in all areas. Breakfast had a great offering, well topped up and well managed. Used the gym and that is available 24 hours a day and it is well equipped. Didn't use the pool and whilst small, seem adequate to relax and chill. The only let down on my stay was one of the lifts were out of order and after staying there 3 nights it was not fixed within that time - challenging on the 10th floor! The other kept on getting stuck inconsistently which meant guests had to use the staff lift through corridors and staff areas - thank goodness I didn't gry stuck in the lift! I think the lift support contract needs to be upgraded! Other than that, it was a great stay, the bedroom was clean and well kept and linen was soft. Well done!

First thing first, I don’t know what wins as best feature within a room: shower or the comfy bed and pillows!! Always have the best night sleep and shower is so good I could simply live in it! Very modern looking room! Breakfast very much recommend!! Service was great just found having issues with phone signal in room as have ordered some food and drivers struggled to contact as well as have only received a check in on room message the next morning during breakfast. Nice pool to relax and not overcrowded. Didn’t use it but we walked past gym and that looked a good well equipped one. The only side note to say is that it was a kingsize bed room where I stayed with my fiancé and a toddler but it seemed it was prepared as there would be just one person (adult) staying with just one pair of robe and slippers, although, did get few sets of towels. I appreciate we could just ask for another set but as was staying just one night and we checked in towards the evening we just didn’t bother. I have stayed in different Hilton brand before in London and found room to be better equipped there as had a complimentary set of toothbrush and pasta so did expect same but maybe I was wrong here to have expectations. Will be using Hilton again in future if staying in London just probably unlikely to choose this one again. This one was chosen due to attending event at O2 arena was convenient being only one tube stop away and fairly short walk from the tube station.

It’s a shame because I think the hotel is beautiful. They were not flexible in my experience. I asked to extend my stay by 1 or 2 hours (happy to pay), but this couldn’t be accommodated. This was surprising, because they allowed me to book an additional night in the same room - so this means they could have accommodated my request. The hotel also looked empty everyday. On the last day, I was late back to the hotel from somewhere, which meant I checked out 20 minutes late — it would have been less but within that time, I had a staff member knock on my door and another call me about it. Why not have a grace period for guests to check out calmly? The room doesn’t have a desk to work from. The jacuzzi was also cold, which was disappointing and not what you’d expect. If I had to mention some positives, I did like the hotel décor and the staff were nice - they may be constrained by hotel policies. For this price point, there are other hotels in the area that I use when I’m working in Canary Wharf.
