About London Hilton on Park Lane Hotel

Park Lane runs along the eastern edge of Hyde Park, and London Hilton on Park Lane occupies one of the road's tall, prominent addresses, with Hyde Park Corner and Green Park both within easy reach. Spread across 28 floors, the hotel's upper rooms make the most of the position, with city views that stretch out over Mayfair and the park below.

The 453 rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and room service, and family and accessible rooms are available alongside a bridal suite for those marking an occasion. Breakfast draws particular praise for its range, and the on-site restaurant, bar and snack bar cover the rest of the day. Guests can also make use of the gym, spa and sauna, while business travellers have meeting rooms and business services on hand. Staff are consistently described as attentive and professional, though service can be slow at busier times.

Porters and concierge are on hand for luggage and local advice, and there's laundry service, luggage storage and chargeable on-site parking for those arriving by car. Beyond the doors, Mayfair's restaurants, bars and entertainment are all within walking distance, with Hyde Park itself a short stroll away for anyone wanting some green space after a day in the city.

At first, I thought the stay would be pleasant and welcoming however several staff members were quite rude, especially the head of the restaurant at the night bar in the lobby. He yelled at me to leave if I wasn’t going to order anything. They charge for absolutely a hand and foot for everything. I requested for some cutlery for my takeout order and it costed 8 pounds. The room service food is also absolutely horrible. I ordered a margarita pizza and this was probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Not to mention the room service lady who picked up the phone was extremely impatient while I was figuring out how to use the tablet that served as a menu to order. Several of the staff members also kept on questioning if they could help me with anything as if I wasn’t a guest in their hotel room in a condescending tone. The front desk staff were also quite rude when requested to upgrade. Anytime I tried to find a spot to work I was constantly warned to move or to pay. There’s absolutely no where to do work or even take a short phone call in privacy. This hotel has potential and is beautiful but the staff definitely made the experience quite unpleasant. Please avoid this hotel at all costs if you’re expecting good customer service.

Had a wonderful stay. Hospitality was tremendous. Enjoyed the executive lounge. Had a great breakfast and dinner at the Park Corner Brasserie. For dinner on 17July2026, our server Ruth was delightful. She was warm, friendly and made our dining experience extra special. She is a credit to the hotel and the Brasserie. At the Revery Bar, Carlos the Bartender was great to talk to and made excellent cocktails.

A very overdue review — but some stays are memorable enough that you still think about them years later. Charlie and I stayed at the London Hilton on Park Lane in December 2022, and it was genuinely such a special experience. London in December is magical anyway, but being based in Mayfair, right by Hyde Park, just elevated the whole trip. The hotel itself has that classic, iconic feel the moment you walk in. It’s elegant without being stuffy, luxurious without feeling intimidating. Our room was beautiful — spotless, spacious and incredibly comfortable — and the views across London were something else. Waking up to that skyline in winter felt properly cinematic. What stood out most though was the service. The team were warm, professional and attentive throughout. Nothing felt forced or transactional — just thoughtful hospitality done really well. You can always tell when staff take pride in where they work, and that absolutely came through. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel looked after from start to finish. Even now, thinking back to that December stay, it still feels special. A huge thank you to everyone at the London Hilton on Park Lane for making it such a memorable visit. It’s one we won’t forget.

The hotel is immaculate! It’s so nice, the view is a huge bonus as well. Stan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, he really takes the time with the guests and wants to get to know you and tell you about the hotels legacy. He was a great help and a friendly face during our stay. Will definitely be coming back
