We spent 3 nights at 20 Hertford Street. We had reserved a studio for our stay, but were placed in a much, much larger space due to reservation related availability issues. On balance, it was a much better space - much larger, multiple rooms, quiet, kitchen and washer/dryer, large bathroom, etc. The only downside was that it was in the lower level, so a bit dark with limited outside light, but our stay was short and we were out a lot, so we were good with the trade off. The staff was friendly and helpful at all points. The apartments are located very close to Hyde Park and the Green Park underground stop, so it was very easy to get anywhere either by walking or public transit. The neighborhood is very safe, clean with lots of restaurants and coffee/breakfast and lunch places. There was an elevator available as well, which was helpful. The staff also assisted with our bags, holding them until the room was ready, etc. All in all, a good stay for us and we recommend 20 Hertford for your stay.

Excellent stay at 20 Hertford Street – Mayfair Apartment Hotel. The apartment was spacious, well-maintained, and ideally located in the heart of Mayfair. Very good location and very clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the staff was very kind and welcoming. Sudipta Sharma was truly an amazing person with great energy. I HIGHLY recommend this place as a must stay in London.
