I stayed here over the weekend with my husband and our 4-month-old baby, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel incredibly welcomed. They were so helpful with all our luggage and baby equipment, which made check-in completely stress-free. Julieth took exceptional care of us throughout our stay, and our room was perfectly prepared for the three of us. We were also delighted to find children’s amenities and a crib waiting in the room, which was such a lovely touch. The in-room dining was excellent, with a great selection of dishes, including options from the Michelin-starred restaurant downstairs. Breakfast was equally lovely and there was plenty of space for our buggy. The spa team also deserves a special mention. They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even with a young baby around, which we really appreciated. One of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its location. Having Hyde park directly opposite was perfect for walks with our daughter, especially on a sunny summer day. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend COMO Metropolitan London!

He went above and beyond by helping me move my car, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier and more convenient. Throughout the entire interaction, he was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. His willingness to assist, positive attitude, and dedication to excellent customer service truly stood out. Had a wonderful stay at COMO Metropolitan London. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Maria — or maybe Marina, I’m sorry I can’t quite remember her name — for being incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The doormen were also some of the best I’ve come across: always welcoming, professional, and ready to help. As an Arab traveler, I also appreciated that the bathroom had a bidet/shattaf, which is a big plus. And if you stay here, the afternoon tea with ginger and honey is a must-try — absolutely delicious! Highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with my family, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. They were especially kind and attentive to our son, which made us feel very comfortable and appreciated as a family. A special thank you to Maryam, who was exceptionally helpful, warm, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Her kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. It was both comfortable and stylish, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring London. The location is another huge advantage. It is perfectly situated, making it easy to access London's main attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and public transportation. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. The combination of outstanding service, clean and modern rooms, and a fantastic location made this hotel an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting London, whether you're traveling as a couple, family, or solo traveler. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to London.
