I had a wonderful stay at the London Marriott Maida Vale Hotel and would like to thank the entire team for the excellent service provided throughout my visit. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled professionally and with genuine care. Every member of staff made me feel welcome and valued, which made my stay especially enjoyable. A special mention goes to the restaurant team. Although I unfortunately do not remember his name, the gentleman responsible for the restaurant greeted me every morning with a warm smile and even remembered my preferred coffee. It was such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly appreciated as a guest. Throughout my stay, I received many small gestures of kindness and attention that made a big difference. The level of hospitality was outstanding, and I always felt comfortable and well looked after. Thank you to the entire team and the General Manager for creating such a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the service at this hotel. On the day of arrival, I arrived at 11:30 AM with my two-and-a-half-year-old twin boys. A female staff member handled our check-in and informed me that rooms wouldn't be ready until 3:00 PM. I totally understood, left our luggage there, and made a specific request. Since my toddlers absolutely love watching buses, I asked the female receptionist if we could have a room with a street view. She clearly promised me that it would not be a problem and they would reserve one for us. However, when I returned at 10:00 PM to collect my room key, there was a male receptionist on duty instead. He told me that no street-view rooms were available. Frankly, if the hotel had poor internal communication and couldn't fulfill the request, they should have been honest and told me "we cannot guarantee it" in the morning. What made matters worse was the shocking attitude of this male staff member. Instead of apologizing for breaking the promise made by his female colleague, he actually raised his voice and scolded me, asking why I didn't state this request online beforehand. How can a well-known hotel group go back on its word just because of a shift change, and then turn around to blame and shout at the guest? This is a complete lack of professionalism and zero empathy for a family traveling with young children. I will NEVER stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel!

We just arrived from the US and in the room there was a piece of cheesecake, a small bottle of Prosecco, and a birthday card sitting on the table for me. Then, 30 minutes later, a lady came to the door with a small bag of chocolates to welcome us. The room is large with a king size bed. Everything appears clean and fresh. Two cans of water in the refrigerator, a safe, and plenty of space to unpack and get settled. So far so good.
