The hotel’s location was amazing. It was only a 5-minute walk to the subway, and you can easily reach most places in London from there. The rooms were small but clean, which I think is perfectly sufficient for London. We had an issue with the heater, but they helped us immediately. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.

Basic hotel,but a very nice place to by for a couple of days. For 3 the room is small. But with 2 it is ok. Friendly people working there. Very kind and helpfull. Close to the underground and a pits there is no breakfast but we know that, but in the environment there are a lot where you cab buy some.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location and very friendly service. Rooms were clean and had everything I needed for a 2 night stay. Lots of reaturants and bars nearby and very close to the tube.

There was a major plumbing/smell issue in this hotel. We walked into our room and there was an unbearable foul poopy smell. The staff was nice and accommodating and gave us a new room that was better but it still had the smell just a lot less potent. We fought through it because we barely spent any time in the hotel. Besides the smell the room was fine, bathroom and shower was kind of dirty. Location is great next to Earle’s court underground station and easy to get to anywhere via there. Would not recommend staying here due to the smell though.
