About Native Fenchurch Street
Native Fenchurch Street works best for travellers after a base near the City rather than a destination in itself. With just 12 rooms, it has the feel of a small, straightforward hotel rather than a large corporate block, making it a sensible pick for business visits, short work trips or a couple of nights exploring London without needing to be near the main tourist sights.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms and a kitchen, useful for anyone wanting to put together their own breakfast or a quick meal after a long day, while the on-site restaurant and bar offer another option without leaving the building. Breakfast is available, and 24-hour reception means arrivals and departures aren't tied to fixed hours, which suits the business travellers this location tends to attract.
The Creechurch Lane address puts guests close to Tower Hill and Aldgate, with pubs, bars and restaurants nearby for evenings out. It's a practical spot for getting around the City on foot, though those wanting a livelier or more scenic base elsewhere in London may prefer to look further afield.

This is a perfect place for a short stay. Very convenient location, clean and facilitated well with heaters, microwave, Owen, washing machine, driers etc. We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you Sam

Horrible stay. Apartment in itself isn’t too bad, but I have never been this sleep deprived in my life. Every night all night horrible noise of different kinds. Honestly I don’t even know what it is. It’s like glass trash removal. But its every 30 minutes all night long. Sometime its just straight up banging. I attach a video you can judge yourself. I came to London for work and was constantly sleep deprived. Totally ruined my work and my trip. P.S. I am a very heavy sleeper who sleeps through alarms. But I could not sleep through this!

Location is good with a gorgeous view on the Gherkin. The apartment itself is clean and fully furnished. Staff tries their best to help us, when there were problems they replied promptly, though didn't always have a solution. That said, the low rating is because of things that are quite out of the staff's control. First insulation is really poor, even with the windows closed you hear everything outside as if there were no separation. With bars right downstairs, you hear all the loud drunks at night, the trash collection early morning (esp. glass collection), the construction work nearby, all the cars and people going by... Also the wifi is bad, so slow that it's better to just use your data. I work from home and had to take most of my calls on hotspot because the internet was too slow. For these reasons, I wouldn't recommend to stay here because unless you're a heavy sleeper and don't really need internet, your stay here will be unpleasant.

I checked in myself at 10 pm after flying over overnight to get here for early morning work the next day. And guess what, the water heater is broken and there is no one available to fix it. It’s freezing here at night and you can’t possibly not have basic amenities like hot water and leave your guests showering in the cold for a week (as I have read in other reviews). Have sent you a WhatsApp and please fix it asap. The internet also doesn’t work
