Our stay was excellent! The room was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. We really appreciated the thoughtful details, such as the complimentary water and welcome biscuit. It was also very quiet, and the blackout curtains made a big difference for a great night’s sleep. What truly made us love our stay and want to come back was the outstanding service at the reception, especially from Melany. She welcomed us with a great attitude and kindness, and gave us excellent tips about the city and surrounding areas. Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay — we will definitely return!

My second stay here and it was nice to be upgraded to a premium room due to my Diamond elite status. You can see q full video tour attached to this review. Staff at breakfast, check in and check out were all friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for Aldgate station as well as numerous others so you don't really need to worry about transport links. Some good pubs, bars and restaurants nearby too. Aside the shower heads needing a bit of clean due to limescale build up and the curtain letting in a bit of light (room 406), the room itself is a good size. I love that breakfast is served until midday - although I had it at 9:30am I wish more hotels offered this option. However, I do find it a bit odd that standard check out is at 11 but you can get breakfast until 12 noon on a weekend! I had late checkout anyway but that is something I felt was a bit of an odd policy personally. I would stay again should the opportunity present itself!

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the location was very convenient with easy access to different places. Overall, my stay was comfortable and smooth, and I was happy with my choice. There are just a couple of small things that could be improved. There was no toothbrush provided in the room, and the soundproofing wasn’t great. At night, I could hear people walking and moving around, which made it a bit harder to sleep.

For the room, a closet handle was bent from it being hit by the other sliding closet door. A drawer was broke on the entertainment screen. The couch had upright sides, which look nice, but certainly not comfortable to lounge on. There were tiny LED lights in the bathroom that made it feel like you're in a dungeon. We had the tower bridge view suite. There is only a view of tower bridge if you knock down able a dozen other high rise buildings. However, the room overall was nice with a lot of windows and nice furnishings. The service was good and we had a good check in experience. However, as a diamond member I was expecting more of an upgrade than a mini bar that was only restocked for a fee. The location is very nice and close to public transportation as well as plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby.
