Perfect location from St Pancras. Room is big, comfortable with nice amenities.Really liked the Rituals products in the bathroom and the little fridge. I enjoyed Greenwich area and the food market. The hotel staff is super friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Bina, Marcel at the front desk and Ashat at the bar. My husband and I had a lovely stay (5 nights, room 215, from 11 until 16 June 2026)

The team is friendly. Very nice atmosphere. Great location. Good breakfast. Recommended by our 9-year old. Critical feedback: the furniture doesn’t seat as nice as it looks and beds could be more comfortable. Rooms could do with a plumbing and electrical check up.

Next time we visit London we will definitely stay here again. Pros: + Nice breakfast buffet that has a little bit of everything. + Friendly staff. + Ok training center. + Close to trains. And I mean really close, it takes under a minute to walk to the station. + Quiet area, so don't be alarmed that it's close to the trains, you barely hear them from the room. + Clean. + Well kept. + Very reasonable price. Cons: - Well... hmm.. let's see...The faucet at the bathroom basin was placed a bit strange. Other than that I can't think of anything.

Great location!! Unfortunately, the previous guest's trash was left in our room, so that was disappointing. The receptionist was helpful as we were 1st time visitors to Greenwich. The room was comfortable (though I don't love having the toilet separate from the sink room). The sink was cool. It was nice to have soap & shampoo. The view was nice. It was great being close to the train station, multiple food locations, The Cutty Sark, and a beautiful sunset over the Thames. It was great having a gym and the price was good.
