We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, and every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The only reason I’m not giving the rooms 5 stars is that they could use a few more hooks to hang towels and personal belongings such as handbags, caps, or jackets. It’s a small detail, but it would make the rooms even more practical and comfortable. The absolute highlight of our stay was the breakfast. I would especially like to recognize Maria, a lovely lady from Italy. Every morning she greeted me with such kindness and always made sure to prepare my fried eggs exactly the way I like them. Her warmth and genuine care made me feel at home. Employees like Maria truly make a difference and turn a good hotel into a memorable one. The breakfast itself was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The bar also serves food until late in the evening at very reasonable prices, which was a great bonus after a long day exploring London. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an excellent location, outstanding service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room was spotless and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day.
