I've been staying at Premier Inn London Waterloo for around four weeks now so feel i can leave a genuinely accurate review. I've had a consistently positive experience throughout my stay. Every member of staff I've dealt with has been friendly, welcoming and helpful, which makes working away from home much easier. The location is fantastic for central London, close to the tube and fantastic views from the rooms. The rooms are the standard you expect from a premier inn. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well stocked. And of course any extra bits you need(in my case milk for the coffee) were available at reception. I wanted to give a special mention to Tonima (hope I've spelt her name correctly)on reception. Whenever I arrive and see that she's on the desk, I know I'm going to get a warm welcome and a hassle-free check-in. She's always cheerful, polite and professional, and a genuinely lovely person to deal with. It's staff like Tonima and the rest of the team who make a real difference to a hotel stay. The Staff here are a real credit to Premier Inn, and I hope they get the recognition they all deserve. Thank you to Tonima and the rest of the team for making my stay such an enjoyable one.

We've stayed at this Premier Inn location a couple of times and it's a good choice. The rooms are standard Premier Inn - clean and comfortable with a good bathroom and TV service. We upgraded to a Premier Plus room on this stay and it was worth the extra cost - mostly because of the larger room which gave us space for our suitcases. The staff are attentive and approachable. I mentioned the shower would need attention at some point and it was addressed within an hour. The location is very convenient for buses to central London, Waterloo Station and the Imperial War Museum. There are some good cafés, pubs and restaurants in the locality too.

I spent seven weeks at this hotel due to a crisis at home. I arrived feeling overwhelmed and in a terrible mood, but that quickly changed. The staff were absolutely amazing. They were kind, professional, helpful, and incredibly understanding throughout my stay. They made me feel at home and turned what was one of the most stressful periods of my life into an experience filled with comfort and kindness. I'll never forget how well they looked after me, and I was genuinely sad when it was time to leave. My room was comfortable, quiet, and had lovely city views. A special thank you to the housekeeping attendant, Hajiba, who always kept my room spotless, beautifully reset it each day, and made sure all the complimentary items were fully stocked. I'd also like to give a special shout-out to Mish, Tonima, and Ashley. Your warmth, care, and exceptional service made my stay perfect in every way. I will truly miss you all and hope to stay again soon. Thank you for making such a difficult time in my life so much easier.

We stayed at Premier Inn London Waterloo (Lambeth Road). It’s an amazing base with super easy access to everywhere you want to go in London! But what truly made our stay amazing was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and brought the best positive vibes and smiles every single day! Breakfast was fantastic, with delicious hot cooked food to start the day right. We also opted for the "Meal Deal" (breakfast + dinner set), and it was an absolute steal! The food quality was top-notch and super tasty. As a parent, having dinner and breakfast sorted right at the hotel made traveling with a young child SO much easier and stress-free. Plus, it was incredibly generous that our kid's breakfast was completely free with the adult meal! 💚 Recommend this hotel for families visiting London! Thank you, Shafkat!
