About Park Grand London Hyde Park

Park Grand London Hyde Park occupies a row of terraced townhouses on Westbourne Terrace, the kind of grand stuccoed frontage typical of this part of west London, now converted into a 119-room hotel. Behind the period exterior the interior is modern, with a lift serving all floors, air conditioning throughout, and a garden for guests to sit in away from the street.

Rooms come with drinks available and comfortable beds, though those wanting extra space should note that some rooms are on the compact side. Facilities extend well beyond the bedrooms, with an indoor swimming pool, gym, spa and sauna, a restaurant and bar on site, and meeting rooms and business services for anyone travelling with work in mind. Breakfast is served daily, and porter and concierge services are on hand, along with luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures. On-site parking is available for a charge.

The location is the property's strongest card: Paddington Station is within easy reach for rail and Underground connections, and Hyde Park is close by for a walk. The surrounding streets have restaurants, pubs and bars nearby for evenings out. Service has been described as inconsistent at times, so it's worth setting expectations accordingly, but the setting and facilities make this a practical base for exploring London.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel during a work trip to London on July 14th. The hotel is situated in an excellent location. While the room size was somewhat limited, the level of customer service provided was exemplary. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Shahnawaz at the reception desk. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism and was consistently helpful throughout my stay. His attentiveness and courteous demeanor greatly enhanced my experience. I look forward to the opportunity to return to your hotel during my next visit to London.

I specifically booked and paid for a Deluxe Room because I expected a higher standard of comfort and service. Unfortunately, the room provided was far below my expectations and did not appear to match the description or quality advertised on your website. The room was extremely small and offered very limited space. In addition, the view from the window was particularly disappointing and significantly detracted from the overall experience. The room was also very noisy, making it difficult to rest and relax. Throughout my stay I was regularly disturbed by noise, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. I was equally disappointed by the breakfast. The selection was predominantly savoury, with very few sweet options available. Furthermore, there was no courtesy kit in the bathroom, despite this being a standard amenity I would expect when booking a Deluxe Room. The towels provided were also noticeably small and did not meet the standard I anticipated. Taken together, these issues had a substantial negative impact on my stay and prevented me from enjoying my visit to London. I paid a premium rate for a Deluxe Room and feel that the accommodation and services received did not justify the price paid. In my opinion, the room and facilities provided were not consistent with the expectations reasonably created by your advertising and room description. As a result, I feel that my stay was significantly compromised and that the experience fell well below the standards that guests should be able to expect from your hotel. I therefore request that you review my complaint and consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, disappointment and loss of enjoyment caused during my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I would especially like to thank Fazeel for his exceptional service. He was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to answering my questions, he made everything easy and ensured I felt welcome. His kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference. The hotel itself is excellent—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spacious, the facilities were great, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The high standard of service and hospitality made this a memorable experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I think the room was a decent size for a young couple who are just there to sleep and have breakfast. Nice size tv in the room. The location is just down the road from Paddington Station which is great. Really nice staff. Couple of issues we thought were that the bathroom is pretty small. And the breakfast didnt have much options available and the food could be cold at times. The toaster is very slow as well but not too much of an issue for us. I hope this helps those who want to use this hotel but I would come back
