About Park Grand London Lancaster Gate

Breakfast and a proper bar are both part of daily life at Park Grand London Lancaster Gate, where the on-site restaurant gives guests somewhere to eat without leaving the building. Drinks can also be brought up to the room, and room service extends beyond the usual basics thanks to a kitchen geared up for it.

The hotel itself occupies a Victorian-era building near Hyde Park in central London, and its 75 rooms are furnished to a smarter standard than the exterior might suggest, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Guests looking to unwind further have access to a gym, spa and sauna, plus an indoor swimming pool, while a garden and outdoor seating area offer a quieter spot to sit. Lifts, accessible rooms, porter and concierge services, and laundry facilities cover the practical side of a stay, and meeting rooms make the hotel workable for business trips too.

There's no parking on site, so those arriving by car will need to make other arrangements, though airport transfers can be organised. Hyde Park itself is close by, and the surrounding streets have restaurants, pubs and entertainment within easy reach, with good transport links connecting the hotel to the rest of London.

Went here using a voucher for afternoon Tea. This is a short walk from Lancaster Gate Tube Station. Be aware there is another Park Grand Hotel a stones throw away, but no great deal. The staff were very pleasant and the afternoon tea was very nice with finger sandwiches, scones, cakes. Our waiter very pleasant and offered to take photo. The room was traditional but very modern, I know that does not make sense, all very clean. We have had a few afternoon teas and this was nice.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. It is located very conveniently near the Paddington station. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The size of the room can be a bit small and the rooms tend be a touch pricey. I would definitely stay there next time

A lovely hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was incredible: Paddington Station nearby is all you need. The room size was absolutely fine. The room was clean and everything worked. The only downside was that the room was definitely not soundproof, and sometimes it could be quite noisy concerning other guests. Other than that, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a nice hotel, fairly well located. We had a pleasant welcome from the staff, along with a small welcome drink whilst checking in, which was nice. Rooms are very small and compact, but has everything you need, as are the bathrooms. Everything was clean, and the beds fairly comfortable. Breakfast was fairly nice, with a reasonable menu. Service was a little slow, but still nice. If in the area, I would probably stay here again if the price was right.
