About Point A Hotels Kensington Olympia Hotel
Olympia Exhibition Centre is a short walk from Point A Hotels Kensington Olympia Hotel, making it a practical base for anyone visiting for a show or conference, while Kensington High Street's shops, restaurants and bars are also within easy reach. Good transport links mean the rest of London, from its pubs to its entertainment venues, is easily accessible too.
Rooms are compact but come with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning that actually works, plus comfortable beds that make up for the limited space. Accessible rooms are available, and the 24 hour reception and luggage storage add flexibility for early arrivals or late departures. Staff are consistently described as friendly and ready to help.
Breakfast is a genuine highlight, with vegan and gluten-free options included alongside the usual choices, and a snack bar covers anything in between meals. Those after a bigger night out will find restaurants and pubs close by. Rooms here run small, so this suits guests who plan to spend their time exploring rather than lounging indoors.

What guests say
We spend 4 nights as a couple at Point A and Had booked a standard-twin room with window. The service was very friendly and always ready to help. The room was newly renovated, air conditioned and was spacious enough for two. The bathroom was also very clean and modern. The location is okay, a 10min walk from Earls Court. We would recommend using rentable e-bikes to move around and explore the city, as Lime and Forest stations are close by. We had a great time!!!

I booked this hotel through Booking.com for a trip I had planned with my mom. Unfortunately, she suffered a very severe health issue. Thank God she is out of danger now, but her doctor recommended that she shouldn't travel for the rest of the year. I explained this situation to the hotel, and their response was that, due to their policies, they would not change my reservation. They have the ability to refund my money, but they refused. I even begged them to just change the dates, offering to forfeit some days of our stay so we wouldn't lose so much money, but they still completely refused. I appealed to their common sense, but I never imagined that a hotel chain could lack customer service so completely, be so devoid of empathy, and act like outright scammers. I also explained to them that this wasn't about me, it was about my mom. Because of her medical treatments, we were left without the money to take the trip she deserves. Yet, hiding behind absurd policies entirely lacking in basic human decency, they denied my request. I am writing this to warn others: if you choose this accommodation, you are supporting people who have no concept of customer service. If they are willing to take advantage of such an easily solvable situation, imagine what would happen if you actually had a problem while staying at the hotel. These people have zero empathy

Point A hotels are a hidden gem and I will only stay at Point A hotels now when I'm traveling in the UK. The staff were so helpful and friendly and took care of us after a long travel day as we waited for our room. The beds were the most comfortable beds of our entire trip. The rooms are clean and overall just a really comfortable experience. Loved the breakfast, especially the lemon yogurt. This hotel exceeded my expectations on quality based on the price we paid. I highly recommend!

I love this place, since I moved out the London, whenever i visit this is where I stay. The hotel is affordable and often I would say even cheap. It is usually around £100/night which is very hood for london. There are various options for room. A double bed windowless room is perfectly fine. Rooms are always clean and staff are really nice. The location is I believe very good. Its a bit off-centre so you won't overpay but it is located literally 5minutes from Earl's Court station so immediate access to district and Piccadilly lines. Stright forward from Kings Cross station and about 40 minutes to Heathrow. Direct access via underground to city centre. Also very close to SK, Olympia and Hammer smith. Highly recommended. A note on the most important thing that I forgot: Staff here are lovely and kind. This recent visit I get to know a few new staff, lovely people as those I had knew before. Didn't caught all their names but the two on too of my head are Alysia and Metodi. And again I would not book anywhere else!
