About Premier Inn London Euston
Every one of the 265 rooms at Premier Inn London Euston comes with an en-suite bathroom and drinks laid on, with a lift serving all ten floors and accessible rooms available for those who need them. Standards are generally solid, though a few rooms have been reported as tired and air conditioning has occasionally let guests down, so it's worth flagging any issues at the 24 hour reception if they arise.
Breakfast is a genuine highlight and the on-site restaurant makes it easy to eat without leaving the building. Staff are consistently described as helpful and welcoming, and the hotel is widely seen as good value for what you get in this part of London.
The location puts Euston Station and Camden Market within easy reach, with plenty of pubs and entertainment nearby for evenings out. Parking isn't available on site, but chargeable parking can be found nearby at the NCP on Judd Street.
What guests say
Recently stayed, the location was perfect for what we needed. Room spacious and clean , only downside we didn't have any cups for coffee or enough glasses for the us all , easily sorted though. Moving with times with self check in etc but what staff we did see polite and pleasant Would stay again.

Do not recommend staying at this hotel. We paid £207 (including early check in) but the room has no air con! The temperature in the room when we arrived was 32 degrees and 12 hours later is still the same! In terms of customer service, the best the hotel could offer was to tell us to open the windows and give us a couple of fans, which are basically circulating the hot air around the room! We asked for a refund so that we could try and find another hotel but we’re told this wasn’t possible and we would need to contact Guest Relations by e-mail. I’m not sure at what point the Premier Inn ‘good night guarantee’ kicks in but will definitely not be staying here again!

I’m baffled by recently positive reviews of this hotel, it was dingy and grubby both in the room and communal areas, and I’m not sure how they have the audacity to charge almost £200 per night. The aircon wasn’t working so my room was 31.5 degrees, impossible to keep the windows closed but then the noise outside meant I was unable to sleep at all. Aircon issue was communicated to me 5 weeks ago so I can’t make an official request for a refund, however I would’ve assumed they would have fixed such an important issue in the time frame. Shower barely worked, toilet barely flushed, bath clearly never been bleached. Only plus were the staff were fine and good proximity to train stations.

We had an awful experience at the Premier Inn London Euston. We only discovered after arriving that this hotel does not have air conditioning anywhere in the building. In the middle of summer, this made the room unbearably hot. Instead, they supply a small fan that simply blows the hot air around the room and makes little difference. The window also wouldn’t open, so there was no way to cool the room down. It genuinely felt like it was around 40°C, and no one could reasonably be expected to sleep in those conditions. To make matters worse, the shower wouldn’t turn off, which only added more heat and humidity to the room. The room was simply not fit to stay in, so we had no choice but to leave and book another room at the Premier Inn King’s Cross just to get a decent night’s sleep. This was a very disappointing experience, especially as we’ve always associated Premier Inn with reliable, comfortable stays. If you’re staying in London during warmer weather, we’d strongly recommend checking whether your chosen Premier Inn has air conditioning before booking. We hope these maintenance issues are resolved quickly so that future guests don’t have to experience the same problems.
