This modern hotel is spacious for central London. It is well placed for access to King's Cross, St Pancras and Euston with underground and bus links to the rest of the city. We booked for an event at the Royal Albert Hall and the Piccadilly line goes direct to South Kensington. The super king bed was huge and the room comfortably sized with views north to a distant Constitution Hill. Staff are polite and efficient. Check-in/out was smooth and painless. We booked room only as there are plenty of good cafes for breakfast within a short walk.

We stayed for 5 nights. Shiv on reception when we arrived was very welcoming and efficient. Room was very spacious. Asked for a quiet room and got exactly that, room 122. Comfortable bed and fantastic sleep. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do on our trip. Excellent stay.

From the moment we arrived at Pullman Hotel Kings Cross, we had a wonderful experience, we needed an extra bed, and without any problems the staff changed our room and gave us a bigger one with everything we needed, it was a great start to our stay. The biggest surprise came on the day we left, we had to check out at 5am, so we knew we would miss breakfast, so we politely asked if it would be possible to have two small sandwiches to take with us. When we arrived at reception at 5am, we couldn’t believe our eyes, there were waiting for us two huge bags filled not only with sandwiches, but also fresh pastries, apples, juices, and even boiled eggs, it was such an amazing and thoughtful surprise. We were truly impressed by the kindness and generosity of the staff. Thank you to everyone at Pullman Hotel Kings Cross for going the extra mile to make your guests happy, it is this level of care that makes a hotel special. We will definitely be back and will happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

Our stay at Pullman London St Pancras near King’s Cross was absolutely fantastic. The hotel was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and we truly enjoyed our stay. However, our checkout experience was disappointing. We were unable to book an Uber using our phone, so we approached the front desk for assistance. The taxi they offered was almost twice the price of an Uber. What disappointed us most was that the front desk did not inform us that there was an Uber booking system available at the sidewalk outside the hotel. Had we known about it, we could have booked an Uber ourselves, saved both time and money, and avoided unnecessary stress. As foreign tourists rushing to catch a flight, every minute mattered. Instead, we ended up running to the street to find a taxi, which could easily have caused us to miss our flight. I hope the hotel management takes the necessary steps to better inform guests about the available transport options. Clear signage or a simple explanation from the front desk would greatly improve the checkout experience and help prevent similar situations for future guests
