About Publove @ Exmouth Arms Euston

Publove @ Exmouth Arms Euston occupies a traditional London pub building on Starcross Street, with just 10 bedrooms tucked above the bar itself. It's a compact, characterful setup rather than a conventional hotel, built around the pub downstairs and its steady trade of drinkers and diners.

Rooms are kept clean and straightforward, and guests have access to a restaurant, bar, breakfast, free WiFi, a garden and laundry service, along with a spa and sauna on-site. The kitchen has a good reputation for its burgers, and the bar offers a solid range of beers, with staff generally friendly and welcoming. Some guests have found the rooms run warm, and service can occasionally be inconsistent, so it suits those after a lively, informal stay rather than a polished hotel experience.

The location works well for exploring London, with Camden within easy reach and plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants nearby. Free on-site parking is available, which is a rare and useful bonus this close to central London.

Location is fine though the streets themselves aren’t the cleanest outside, an average to slightly below average hostel. The rooms were alright though not much space for personal belongings/ charging and the bathroom on the top floor is the only one up there but it was fine. Expected quality for the reasonable price. Met some nice people also staying here.

The hostel is clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful. There’s a train station close by, and lots to see within walking distance too. Check-in was easy and flexible, wasn’t a problem that I arrived quite late. I was able to store my bags at the pub for the day after checking out which helped a lot! Would recommend if you’re looking for an affordable stay in London.

The rooms were old and so warm. Even with 2 fans all night it was unbearable. Toilets were not very clean. Didn't feel comfortable as a lone female to go downstairs to eat/drink as the pub was full of rowdy men watching football

For me this was just a place to sleep, and I did that well enough. The rooms were quite warm & stuffy but the showers were freezing, so I guess they accidentally got the balance right. Other guests were quiet and respectful. Morning staff member was kinda grumpy and made me fetch my own left luggage but then, I wasn't there to enjoy a five star hotel experience. Everything was clean but showers could do with more places to put things, they're basically tiny wet rooms.
