This has to be one of the best locations in London, close to tube, train & bus . Putney is buzzing with selection of great cafes, bars & shops. The hotel is quiet with super comfy beds. OK it might be old fashioned but the staff are outstanding & so helpful. The reception staff gave us a great welcome & so attentive during our stay.

Had a lovely stay here. Staff was friendly about dropping off luggage, comfortable beds, they even upgraded our room!! Overall a very pleasant experience. Would 10/10 recommend.

Oh my lord, STAY AWAY!! Not only are the rooms unhygenic and none of the safes work (we tried three rooms), but I came back from a day out to find my balcony door open and my things re-arranged. Upon notifying staff, I was gaslight and told that it was housekeeping (I had a do not disturb sign up and the bed or linens weren’t done) or the wind. I had never touched the balcony door before, so leaving it open was not an option. After HOURS of groveling, they refused to provide confirmation that I checked out and refused a refund. Overall, a VERY inhumane and horrible scam of a business. The receptionist even raised his voice and got angry at me for even requesting that they provide a receipt of my checkout. After hours, they finally did. What was supposed to be a relaxing stayed turned into a nightmare. Please STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic hotel. There were hairs and pubic hair all over the bed and floor, along with multiple mysterious stains, including a yellow stain on the bedsheets. The room was clearly not cleaned properly, there were stains on the lampshade and long black hair hanging from the light fixture, which I initially mistook for a shadow. Service was also very poor. We waited a long time for a receptionist to check us in, and no one appeared at checkout, forcing us to leave the key card on the desk, which felt unsafe. The soap dispensers were half empty, and the room was in such a state that we had to lay towels on the bed just to sleep. I regret not taking photos to show how dirty the room was. I would strongly advise against staying here.
