The hotel is incredible inside. The room I had was spacious, clean and luxury feeling. There was a wardrobe, safe, nespresso/pods, a large TV and was decorated tastefully. The interior of the hotel is lovely too. Nice stone floors, air conditioning, art etc. The bed was very comfortable and sleep was great. No noise from other patrons whatsoever. Service and housekeeping however needs a HUGE improvement however. It’s sadly the reason I must deduct two stars. - Supply cupboards left open on multiple floors - Trays of old food left in corridors all day and night - Leaking ceiling on the 5th floor - TV turned itself off after multiple attempts to watch the England match - Big language barriers with most staff who lack training. Check in took 15 minutes. - Despite a pre agreed late checkout and DND displayed outside my room, housekeeping let themselves into my room 30 mins before I was due to leave.

This hotel demonstrated a remarkable lack of competence and customer service. The reservation was made for my wife and my 7-year-old son, whose age was clearly stated in advance. Nevertheless, the room was prepared with a baby cot placed next to a 160 cm double bed. This arrangement was obviously unsuitable for a 7-year-old child and unnecessarily reduced the available space in the room. When the issue was reported, the staff made no meaningful attempt to resolve it. A simple mattress was refused, and no alternative solution was proposed. The original error could have been dismissed as poor preparation. The refusal to address it, however, reflects a broader absence of professionalism, flexibility, and basic judgement. A hotel that collects the age of a child during booking should be capable of providing age-appropriate sleeping arrangements. This one was not. Based on both the inadequate room preparation and the staff’s dismissive response, I cannot recommend this hotel to families.

Loved my one night stay here - really classy, comfortable room and bathroom and surprisingly quiet for the middle of town (my room faced into the inner courtyard so only the hum of air con units could be heard with the window open). Great check in experience too. Only a couple of tiny niggles; still water would have been preferable to the carbonated water left for me in the fridge, and the breakfast was very average. I was lucky to get a good deal on a third party website and would def stay again on that basis.

Stayed at the Radisson Blu on Tottenham Court Road and it was a really solid stay. The location is pretty much perfect: tube station right there, British Museum and Covent Garden just a short walk away, easy to get anywhere from. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful the whole time, not just going through the motions. The buffet is seriously good. Big spread, hot and cold options, everything fresh and well done. The kind of breakfast where you end up staying longer than planned because you keep going back for more. Would definitely stay again.
