We had a lovely afternoon tea in this beautiful setting. The tea was wonderful and they invite you to try different ones. The sandwiches were tasty and the desserts spectacular. We thought the piano music a bit Lois for a larger group so they moved us to a quieter table. Service was terrific. Rankata took especially good care of us. They boxed up the leftovers and we gave them to the staff in the hotel where we were staying. They were very touched.

Along with the incredibly comfortable and beautiful rooms and public spaces — all perfectly London —I was blown away by the staff at this hotel during my stay (with my teenage son) in early July. We felt cared for in a way that most hotels don’t actually achieve—this was true hospitality at the highest level. The doormen were particularly amazing—helping us go out into London with maps, cold drinks, support and great advice :) Our high tea in the drawing room was perfect (best tea I have had in many years of going for high tea), and we appreciated the warm welcome of the manager, and also the tea chat with the tea sommelier. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay — some great coffee, perfectly cooked eggs and a British (actual, not online) paper in an elegant, private club-like setting— having breakfast at Brown’s Hotel holds the same thrill for me as going to the British Museum. I also had a lovely experience in the small and sweet spa, and had a spa service with, Neda, who is amazing!!!

the overall experience and stay were wonderful, living up to its reputation as a classic, well-established hotel. Although we stayed in two different room types during our 12-day trip and the layout of the first room was a bit less than ideal, the hotel's service was truly impeccable. Mr. Mamadu, who assisted us upon arrival, was both professional and warm. He completely changed my previous stereotypical impression of British service from a past trip to the UK. Not only did he anticipate our every need with great attention to detail, but his genuine and heartfelt dedication deeply moved us. The hotel's location is also extremely convenient, offering a quiet retreat amidst the bustling city. It will definitely be among my top three hotel choices the next time I visit London."

Fantastic treat for a night in the city. The staff were amazing and a shout out to Erica & Giui to name a couple of them. We were lucky enough to have afternoon tea and the entire experience was incredible. Thank you to the staff for this
