About Washington Mayfair Hotel
Green Park and the shops of Bond Street are both within easy walking distance of the Washington Mayfair Hotel, making this Curzon Street address a practical base for anyone keen to explore Mayfair on foot. The surrounding streets offer plenty of restaurants, pubs and entertainment, so evenings need little planning beyond stepping outside.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, room service and drinks available on request. Free WiFi runs throughout, and the hotel's gym, spa and sauna give guests a way to unwind without leaving the building. A restaurant and bar operate on site alongside breakfast service, and those travelling for work can make use of the meeting rooms and business facilities.
Staff are generally friendly and attentive, and concierge services are on hand for local recommendations, though service standards have occasionally been inconsistent and parts of the hotel show their age. For a central Mayfair stay within walking distance of the park and the main shopping streets, it remains a solid choice.

What guests say
We loved our stay, family of 4 in a newly refurbished Junior Suite and a Classic Double. Could not have asked for more from the rooms - comfortable, quiet, and an especially nice bathroom in the Junior Suite, with a great view from the bedroom and good aircon. We slept soundly. AMAZING location just 3 mins walk from Green Park tube station on the Picadilly line. The area feels special, and the hotel is surrounded by numerous independant coffee stops, a small selection of bars and restaurants in Shepherds Market and a Tesco express opposite. Our rate included buffet breakfast - everything was fresh, tasty, and extra items off the menu were also available to order. Only slight improvement would be in the oat cappuccino we paid extra for. The service we received from before booking through to check out was perfect. We were even able to check in a little early as the room was ready, and able to check out a little later as we had booked direct. All these little things, and importantly their willingness to do these little things, just make for a pleasant and relaxing stay. They even decorated one of the rooms for a special birthday. All our boxes ticked and we hope to stay again in the future. Thank you Washington Mayfair!

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything we needed in our room. Air con, great lighting, lots of mirrors, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with plenty of nice white towels, a fridge, bottles of water and tea/coffee. Was absolutely fine for our three night stay in London.

I do not recommend this hotel. I stayed here with a colleague on a business trip for 4 days. The hotel was booked by our company. Location. The location is excellent: right in the city center, in the Piccadilly area, within walking distance of the main attractions. The neighborhood is very pleasant, with many good shops, restaurants, and pubs nearby. This is essentially the only significant advantage of the hotel. Rooms and hotel condition. The hotel and its rooms are in a very worn-out condition. Although it is clean, it is clear that the property has long needed major renovation and refurbishment. Everything looks outdated and heavily used. The rooms are small, with minimal amenities, and there is a persistent unpleasant smell that creates a feeling of staleness. The windows technically exist, but in practice they are a source of constant noise and cold: all street sounds can be heard as if cars were passing directly through the room. Soundproofing is completely inadequate, making proper rest and sleep very difficult. Food. Breakfasts are very limited and repetitive. The food selection is minimal, the bacon is overly salty, and the coffee is of poor quality. The dining does not match the price or expectations of a centrally located hotel. Service and staff. The service left a very negative impression. We arrived to check in around 3 a.m. after a flight, and despite having a confirmed reservation, we were initially refused accommodation. We had to insist for a long time before the receptionist checked the booking, after which we were checked in reluctantly. At check-in, a £100 deposit was charged, and the next day an additional £100 was demanded. Due to a busy work schedule, we planned to clarify this later, but upon returning to the hotel our rooms had been blocked. As a result, we paid in full for all 4 nights immediately. The staff were slow, unfriendly, and not guest-oriented. I do not recommend this hotel, even considering its convenient location. In my opinion, the ratings on Booking are overrated. The only real positive aspect is the area in which the hotel is located; everything else leaves a strongly negative impression.

Visited the hotel for afternoon tea. Good selection of sandwiches and cakes. Hotel kindly accommodated to our dietary needs without any fuss. Raj, who served us was ever so helpful and very attentive.
