Roomzzz London Stratford

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The receptionist, Drilon, was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. After a long and tedious journey, he really lifted both mine and my partner's spirits with his friendly attitude and positive energy. He took the time to recommend some excellent places to eat around Stratford and provided all the information we needed to feel safe, comfortable, and well-informed during our stay. His outstanding customer service made a lasting impression on me and truly enhanced our experience. I will definitely be coming back here on my next visit to London. Thank you, Drilon, for making us feel so welcome.

Perfect hotel, very convenient for a trip to London Stadium, just 30 mins walk. The hotel is sitting next to a lovely green/open space. Great views of the tip of the shard and Olympic Park The hotel itself is pristine, room 503, accessible room was spotless. Kitchen was great, well equipped and the bathroom/wet room was very spacious. Parking, under the hotel was available at early check-in, it's very secure and clean car park. The bed was very comfy and 2 pillows each. Bedding and towels spotless. Free coffee is lovely Free croissant at breakfast was ideal to start the journey home. We will certainly look out for Roomzzz when we are away, just need a few more of them across the country.

Amazing hotel! I was spending the weekend going all over London for my partners birthday and this hotel was in a great location, just over a 5 min walk from Stratford station so made it easy to pop round different parts of London throughout the weekend. The room was super accommodating, and the heated tiles in the bathroom were a lovely touch! Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and helped make the weekend accommodating! We arrived to the hotel at roughly 11:30am, and early check in isn’t technically until 1pm, and without even having to ask, whilst enquiring about the car park, I was offered early check in for the standard £10 which was amazing, otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to check in until when we were back later that evening which gave us one less worry! Reception area is huge, and there is a coffee machine free of charge to use all day and fresh croissants that are free every morning which is a lovely touch! Amazing hotel and definately one to consider for future stays!

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and designed in a way that actually makes you want to spend time there, not just sleep and leave. What really stood out for me was the coffee shop and the shared working space. It’s not just a basic lobby setup, it genuinely feels like a relaxed co-working environment. Plenty of seating, good lighting, and a layout that lets you focus without feeling isolated. Whether you’re taking calls, working on your laptop, or just meeting someone for a casual chat, it fits perfectly. The coffee itself is great, and the whole area has a welcoming vibe. It’s the kind of place where you can easily spend a few hours without even noticing the time passing. Small details like the seating comfort, table spacing, and atmosphere make a big difference. Also want to say a special thank you to the team on site. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. You can tell there’s real effort behind the service, not just routine hospitality. Overall, a very solid experience. Ideal for anyone looking for a place in Stratford that combines comfort, good energy, and a productive environment all in one. Definitely coming back.
