About Rose Court Hotel

Marylebone's shops and Paddington Station are both within easy reach of Rose Court Hotel, making it a practical base for exploring central London or heading further afield by rail. Nearby streets offer plenty of pubs, restaurants and other eateries, so there's no shortage of options once you're settled in.

The hotel has 43 rooms and includes a restaurant and bar on site, along with a spa and sauna for guests who want to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast is available each morning, and free WiFi and air conditioning are standard throughout. There's also a small garden, a lift, and facilities for business travellers including meeting rooms. Some rooms show their age and could do with updating, so it's worth keeping expectations realistic on that front.

Staff are consistently noted for being friendly and helpful, which goes some way to offsetting the tired decor in places. Free on-site parking is a useful bonus in this part of London, where parking is otherwise scarce and expensive. Luggage storage and laundry service round out the practical offering for anyone passing through the capital.

Stayed in a basic triple room at Rose Court Hotel in London. The room was simple but clean, which is ultimately what matters for a short stay. It had everything needed without any unnecessary extras. Considering the price we paid, it felt fair value, especially given the location. Being so central made it easy to get around and saved both time and transport costs. Overall, a practical option if you’re looking for somewhere affordable and well-located, and don’t mind keeping things fairly no-frills.

This was really the worst hotell we have ever experienced. The photos online do not match reality. The rooms are a nightmare, the bathroom even worse. No hotel feeling whatsoever. It needs a LOT of work to get it in order. Considering the cost - do not book a room here. This hotel has one thing - the location. It is OK, but the whole area is full of other places to spend your money/nights. Good luck.

Great location in the living area with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is a bit outdated and could use some maintenance, but the room was clean. It’s a good option if you’re just looking for a place to stay overnight with convenient connections to most locations.

Great location for Hyde Park 10 minutes walk and 15 minutes walk from Paddington station. The hotel was very tired and not budget, but all in it was for 1 night so was fine. I wouldn't book again
