About Berkeley Court Hotel

Marylebone and Paddington are both within reach on foot from Berkeley Court Hotel, making this a practical base for exploring central London or moving on by rail. The surrounding streets have pubs, restaurants and eateries close by, along with other entertainment options, so there's plenty to occupy an evening without needing to travel far.

Rooms at Berkeley Court Hotel are en-suite, offering straightforward accommodation suited to a short stay rather than a long holiday. Staff are professional and helpful, and the hotel is often noted for offering reasonable value for money. That said, some rooms have been found to be poorly maintained and not always properly cleaned, so it's worth bearing in mind if presentation matters to you.

For visitors who want an affordable central London address with good transport links and dining options nearby, Berkeley Court Hotel covers the basics. It works best as a no-frills stopover rather than a destination in itself.

I booked a room and arrived at the hotel just 15 minutes later. I had my booking confirmation on my mobile phone, but the receptionist insisted they had no record of my reservation. After making a phone call (possibly to his manager), he told me that the booking had not been received and that the hotel had no rooms available. He simply told me to go and book somewhere else. About 30 minutes later, I received an email—not even a phone call—from the hotel saying that they had now received my booking and asking if I wanted to come back. This was incredibly frustrating. If they had a room available to honour my booking 30 minutes later, why was I sent away in the first place instead of being asked to wait while they investigated the issue? The lack of communication, poor customer service, and complete disregard for the inconvenience caused made for a very disappointing experience.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Whilst at a great location, near Marble Arch, the rooms are completely dilapidated and in urgent need of renovation. Everything is broken, stained or peeling and age old. It's a shame because they are idy situated close to some key London landmarks and amenities

If i can give it a 0 i would, i am not a person that usually will leave a review but in this case i cant not do it... the only positive of this place is the location and the wifi while it was working after a few days staying here the wifi stopped we went to ask the reception their answer was we do not offer that service anymore to your room even though when we booked it it has that service included... the hotel was not clean at all... no even a Fan in the heatwave .. Toilet and shower leaks and all the pillow / pillow cases are stained. No lift

Cheap & cheerful are the exact words to describe this place! It was by far the cheapest option for a hotel in central London which I needed for a 1 night stay, and it served its purpose! Do not expect this to be the fanciest hotel you’ve been to, because it isn’t it - but it definitely is value for money because I couldn’t find anything like it in a 3 mile radius! Absolutely perfect for my needs with a private bedroom and private bathroom - most hostels charge this kind of price for the luxury of an 18 bed dorm ha! Book this if you’re just looking to get your head down for the night - it is absolutely perfect for that purpose. Do not be put off by the reviews.
