I must say... everything was spectacular. The rooms were luxurious and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. With being in London too, it's a great place to stay and experience the wonders London has to offer.

For starters the rooms were spotless , all amenities worked perfectly room had a very nice fresh smell to it there was a latch on the window that could be moved if you have young children so they are top notch for safety etc, they also have staff that were very polite and well kept , the price we paid for this hotel is amazing considering how well the room looked and how great the staff were and if you are nervous to book this place please ask any questions below this review and I will answer thanks a lot Riyal London Hotel for my amazing stay will definitely be back soon ☺️!.

Absolutely terrible. Booked a room at this hotel and they don't bother to tell you you have to check in somewhere else 5 minutes down the road and then tell you there's no availability at the hotel you actually selected and you have to stay at this place 5 minutes away. I have mobility problems and had to walk from my taxi and then will now have to go further to the venue I am visiting, to eat in shepherds Bush etc. absolutely awful service they should have sent a message letting customers know this. The room stinks of bleach and is just a basic grotty room with a curtain that doesn't even cover the window. I'm happy to stay somewhere basic but this is worse than student digs.
