Can not recommend enough! The place was clean, the staff was amazing, the service was professional. Very comfortable beds. Pretty good size apartments. Really good destination to stay in London. The staff was very kind and helped us with all our questions. The room setup was new, modern and nothing was damaged. The bed was super comfy and the room also had a small kitchen with everything that we needed. The only thing that was not so good, was that the room was not cleaned during our 7 nights stay. A room cleaning at the middle of the stay would have been great. But afterall it was very nice!

We needed to stay somewhere air conditioned with our baby during the heat wave. It was fantastic to be able to have a proper one bedroom apartment with kitchen. We had a bit of a delay checking in and I was expecting things to be a bit cleaner and finishes nicer - but all of the staff were genuinely so friendly and helpful and they found us a different room right away. The staff actually went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly at every point.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I stayed for a week and it was nice to come back "home" after a long day exploring London. The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were are all very friendly and helpful. The location was great, right next to the DLR which takes you right into the heart of London in just 15-20 minutes. The neighbourhood was lovely, colourful and vibrant. The coop grocery store next door is very convenient too. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!
