The whole experience was amazing. The Location was close to all major food, outlet, and market, and of course, Earl Court station, which was just three minutes of walk. The room was clean and no hint of any smell whatsoever. The receptionist Muhammed was very helpful and also helped me with the late checkout. I would definitely come back again.

I stayed here for two nights, it was good service, clean, nice staff, and the prices are good. Of course perfect location ever. I notice the noise during the day because of the trains, but it was fine for me. I could sleep! I recommend it for the location and price. I will come again!

AVOID!!! Our room had a strong sewage smell and was completely uninhabitable. Reception was extremely unhelpful, no room change, no one to check the issue, and the only option given was to cancel. My fiancée is pregnant, so staying there was not possible. We had to book another hotel. Then they refused to cancel directly and told us to go through Booking.com, who said the hotel had to confirm, leaving us stuck. Terrible service and unacceptable conditions. Would not recommend.

Smashing little hotel. Absolute gem! 100 yards to Earls Court tube station. Clean and tidy. Lovely rooms. Lovely staff. Aircon, tea and coffee all provided. I will book again next time I’m in London. Absolute steal of a price too!
