About Heeton Concept Hotel Kensington

Kensington's mix of garden squares and easy Tube links makes it a practical base for exploring London, and Heeton Concept Hotel Kensington sits within reach of Earl's Court station on Hogarth Road. The area has plenty of restaurants, pubs and entertainment close by, so evenings don't require much planning once you've settled in.

The hotel has 115 rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and free WiFi, and some guests have found the rooms run smaller than expected, so it's worth keeping that in mind when booking. Breakfast is available on site, along with a bar, a garden, a spa and sauna, and laundry and luggage storage services. A lift serves all floors, and the hotel also takes on weddings for those wanting a London venue.

Staff are generally described as friendly and the rooms as clean and comfortable, with the location near the station standing out as one of the hotel's strongest points. As with any busy city hotel, it's sensible to confirm booking details directly, since a small number of reservations have reportedly not gone as planned.

I stayed here with my mother for 6 nights. I was honestly a bit hesitant at first after reading some negative reviews right before our trip, but it turned out to be a pretty pleasant and good value stay overall. Pros: - Location. Not central, but very well connected by transport with plenty of facilities nearby. A very civilised area. - Facilities. The rooms and hallways are quite small and narrow, but still comfortable. It’s not a modern building, so that was expected. The AC was honestly a lifesaver during the London heatwave. Good Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. - Quiet. No hassle at all — easy coming and going, and quiet at night with no disturbances to sleep. Even though there were renovation works in the attached building, there was no noise from them. - Discounts. They provide a few discounts for some cafes and restaurants around, so that was pleasant. Cons: - Housekeeping. This definitely needs improvement. The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Even though cleaning is usually every 3rd day, we had to remind them, and when they did come, they only made the bed without changing sheets. You really need to bug them for proper cleaning. - Online booking information. The information on booking sites should be updated. There is no way the room was 18 m² — it was much smaller, so that was very misleading. - Deposit policy: At check-in, you must scan your card for a £1 accidental damage deposit, which is refunded after checkout. It should be mentioned beforehand at the time of booking. Might be inconvenient for guests who do not wish to share their card info. Overall, apart from housekeeping and some misleading/incomplete information online, I would still consider staying here again.

I stayed at this hotel with my mother, and its location was really great — only a 3-minute walk to the metro. The street felt safe, and there are many restaurants, bakeries, cafes and supermarkets nearby. The room was small but sufficient for a short stay. I would say it is more suitable for solo travelers. The room was clean and modern. However, we had a few minor issues. When we asked for just a 1-hour early check-in, we were told there would be an extra charge, which I didn’t find very pleasant. I would understand if the room wasn’t available, but they could have been more flexible. The same applied to leaving our luggage. Also, they said they couldn’t accommodate our request for separate beds. They could have been more helpful in these matters. Overall, we were satisfied with the location and cleanliness, but there is room for improvement in terms of service.

5 mins walking distance from the tube. A few restaurants around. There’s always a staff at the reception even at night and they were kind. Room was deluxe queen size bed. A bit small, better for 1 person rather than 2, and preferably for guests with small luggage. AC was cold and nice, bathroom is tiny but did the job You could hear people on the street as the window isn’t noise blocking, but the street is quiet. Snacks at the reception available

Good value for money, will be back. Great location relative to metro. Rooms are ok. Extra ordinary service. The entrance is not the first door with logo on, but a bit further down the road. Zizzi's restaurant down the street gives 20% discount for guests and the Sticky Pig pizza is incredible.
