About The Warrington Hotel
Warrington Crescent is a grand curve of stucco-fronted terraces near Paddington, and The Warrington Hotel occupies one of its landmark corner buildings, sitting above a pub known for its ornate Victorian interior. The decorative plasterwork, tiling and dark wood downstairs give the whole place a distinct character rarely found in a standard city hotel.
There are just five rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and guests have access to room service, laundry service and free WiFi. Breakfast is served on site, and the restaurant and bar downstairs offer a wide range of ales and spirits alongside a lively, sociable atmosphere. A picnic area adds an outdoor spot to sit. The accommodation is set up for adults only, so it suits couples and groups looking for a relaxed base rather than families with children.
Beyond the front door there are further pubs, restaurants and entertainment options nearby, making it easy to spend an evening exploring the local area on foot. London Paddington is within reach for onward travel, putting the rest of the city firmly in range.

What a terrible experience me and my family had here. I can guarantee that the staff and especially the manager of this establishment will not even bother to look at this so I can only write on here to advise other people that will see this to avoid, especially families with young children that will walk past this place on a nice sunny day and think this place looks nice let's pop in for a drink or even worse be outside and enjoy the sun with a cool beverage. We arrived at the pub with myself and family of 7 plus a little one (4 week old baby) just to pop in for a drink, we were sternly told no under 18s in the pub, to which we were quite surprised but understood and asked what about outside in the garden room, they replied that was fine. It was sunny anyway so we would preferred outside, so will walked past another family who were outside at the front of the pub sitting down having a drink who also had an infant with them . We were in the garden for 3 hours and purchased several drinks when a staff member came up to us and said that we had to leave because we had an infant with us we replied to that by saying we were told it was fine to be outside, to which she replied sorry that's the rules. We were flabbergasted by the response we then said well that's a family also over there who have an infant with them and they habt been told, I also asked to see the manager to explain this bizarre rule, they refused to come out and talk to us. For a manager to do that that just says it all really, really bad customer service here. I wonder if anyone (who is still reading this ) can explain why my one month old baby who wasn't even causing any noise as she was asleep was not allowed to just be sat there in her stroller while 7 grown adults were they having a drink and paying money for the pubs uphold and wages of the staff. Just a viable explanation would do, but we didn't get one. By this point the security who may I just add walked passed and I saw us on 3 previous occasions cane up to us and said ok it's past ,7 now you have to leave the garden (the time was 7:30pm) he also told this everyone to which the table next to us (who were locals ) said outside is cancelled? Well this has never happened before ? Again I asked to speak to the manager who again was no where to be seen. It seems to me that this pub make up their own rules by themselves when they want and I would advise to anyone to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Absolutely disgusting when the manager can't even come out and explain their own rules AVOID!!! AVOID !!!! AVOID !!!

Came to the Warrinfton see a sign (see attached) asked bar staff if my 10 year old well behaved granddaughter could sit outside with for 1 drink. Was informed by the be staff that we could sit on the bench outside the as it was a public pathway. I have been a regular patron of the Warrington function for some 40 years +.. I then returned to the Warrington 2 hours to be presented with a function upstairs with copious amounts of children and buggies (please see attached photos) Also the ladies toilet were obstructed with parents and child using the facilities. Please can I have a reasonable reply a to why to the message!!

If you’re considering watching the World Cup here then I wouldn’t recommend. Fifteen minutes before kick-off we were notified that the TV visuals in the main bar were 2 minutes behind the commentary. The smaller bar and upstairs were working properly but both full at that stage. They been serving the people in the main bar who’d arrived quite far ahead of time without saying a word. So, we had bagged good seats and been spending money for nothing. We went somewhere else at half-time. No apologies from the staff. The place used to be well-run but has gone downhill.

We live locally and it's nice to go for a walk around the little Venice area, along the Canal is beautiful and we always make a point to stop of here for some refreshment. But three times we have been they have been unable to offer food, due to kitchen being updated and now no food until The new owners take over in November
