About Novotel London Paddington

Paddington Station is a short walk from Novotel London Paddington, making this a practical base for exploring the capital, whether that means heading into Hyde Park for some green space or wandering the towpaths of Little Venice, where the canals make for an easy afternoon stroll. The surrounding streets also offer plenty of pubs, restaurants and bars for evenings out.

The hotel itself has 206 rooms across eleven floors, including family rooms and accessible options, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, a mini bar and room service available. Facilities extend to an indoor swimming pool, gym and spa with sauna, along with meeting rooms and business services for those travelling with work in mind. A restaurant and bar on site cover dining and drinks, and breakfast is served with a wide buffet spread that guests tend to single out as a highlight. Kids' meals, laundry service and luggage storage add further convenience, and pets are welcome.

Rooms are generally described as comfortable and spacious, and staff are noted for being helpful and professional, though some guests have mentioned noise from ongoing renovation work. There is no parking available on site, so those arriving by car should plan accordingly given the central London location.

We had a great one night stay at the Novotel Paddington with my family on the 14th March. The location is very convenient - only a short (and beautiful) walk from the Paddington station while the area is also blissfully quiet on the weekends! The hotel has been beautifully renovated. We travelled as a family of four with my daughter who uses a wheelchair and at contacting the hotel prior to our arrival, we have been upgraded to a more spacious family room which was much appreciated. The room had more than enough space for her to get around the room and accommodate all the equipment. THANK YOU! The room had a luxurious feel and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet selection was great. We came down at the very end of the service and still had the full choice with all the items being replenished regularly. Big shout out to the reception staff and security who were very helpful and made sure all guests were being attended to swiftly. We also enjoyed the wellness area with pool, gym, sauna and a steam room. The water could be slightly warmer in the pool. We will be definitely returning when we're visiting London next, with family, or for a business trip.

I stayed at this Hotel on my Birthday to see Luke combs, Hotel staff was amazing so friendly they sent me up cake and a card to the room to wish me Happy Birthday. The newly refurbished rooms are lovley the Whole hotel was spotless.Breakfast was one of the best ive had with such a wide variety from pastries, fresh fruit, cold meat, pancakes to the bacon sausage and eggs they had it all. The bar area and outside area is nice to sit in after a busy day. The area is also Brilliant with good links to all of london with paddington station a short walk away.

Would recommend this hotel if you need a place near Paddington station. There are many restaurants in the area which is quite nice. The room we had needs an upgrade. Carpet and curtain stains were visible. The bath tub had some hair in it when we filled it with water. Air conditioning in the room was not cool enough so we had to ask for a fan. Upon checking in we were informed that they are doing some renovations which we were fine with. However, we did not expect it to be next to our room. My newborn would startle every time we would hear the noise. So we decided to just go out instead which was not ideal because we just wanted to rest. We also did not appreciate the toilet being separate from the sink. We think it’s just very unhygienic. The staff are nice especially the housekeeping. Although they entered our room without knocking 😭 probably to see if we have already checked out. Overall I don’t think the price point (£230/night) for the room is worth it.

Good location, nice district, lots to do in the neighborhood. The room we had was reemcently renovated. Looking great. Good beds. Only remark is the ventilation/suction in the bathroom that didn't work. We had a great stay.
