About The Z Hotel Soho
A 24-hour cafe and an on-site bar give The Z Hotel Soho a useful edge for guests who keep odd hours, whether that means an early start before sightseeing or a nightcap after exploring Soho's restaurants and bars. Breakfast is available too, and with a snack bar and drinks in the room on offer, there's little need to head out just to eat or drink.
Rooms are compact and designed with the essentials in mind: en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, free WiFi and a lift serving the building. Some rooms are genuinely small, so this suits guests who plan to spend most of their time out and about rather than lounging in their room. Accessible rooms are available, and staff can help with luggage storage, laundry and concierge requests.
The location on Moor Street puts guests in the heart of Soho, with pubs, restaurants and entertainment all within easy reach on foot. It's a practical base for a city break built around eating out, nightlife and exploring central London rather than relaxing at the hotel itself.

Certainly the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. But comfortable enough. The shower does wet the entire toilet area which makes you use your towels to dry up the floor. Even though they service the room every other day, they are totally fine giving you extra towels. I stayed four nights, and the staff were always great. The location is everything. Smack dab in the middle of all the action. All great things London are accessible by walking. That is if you don’t mind longer busy, bustling strolls. For the price, I highly recommend. It’s also quiet. And, yeah. There’s air conditioning. Which made sleeping great.

I stayed for 1 night on a business trip. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I booked the most basic room and although very small, it was all I needed. Clean and comfortable, this is a great location only a few minutes walk from Leicester Square underground station. Great little cafe area and you are right in the heart of theatre land, so many great restaurants, pubs and bars nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at The Z Hotel Soho and would definitely recommend it! The location is absolutely amazing — right in the heart of Soho and within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, attractions, and transport links, making it the perfect base to explore the city. The atmosphere of the hotel was lovely, with a welcoming and comfortable environment that made the stay even more enjoyable. What really stood out, though, was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. Their warm attitude and attention to guests truly made a difference and made me feel very well looked after. Overall, a fantastic experience with a great combination of excellent service, a great atmosphere, and an unbeatable location. Thank you for such a lovely stay — I’ll definitely be back!

Mixed stay, honestly. The AC on the first floor was broken, so they placed me on the fourth floor... which wouldn't have been a big deal except the lift wasn't working either, so it was stairs all the way up (and my key card didn't work on the first try, so I got to do that climb twice). Once I was in the room, things were a bit of a mixed bag. On the plus side: the AC in the room itself worked well, and the room was quiet and properly dark, which made for good sleep. On the downside, it was quite small, the mattress and bed sheets felt below average, and the pillows were thin, though I had at least four of them! The TV was an old Samsung model built into the wall, so there was no way to plug in an HDMI cable, and no apps, Chromecast, or even live TV channels worked. Basically decorative. The bathroom was another weak point, the shower had no separation from the rest of the bathroom, so the whole floor got soaked every time. Comfortable enough to sleep in, but plenty of room for improvement.
