Insanely rude security guard. I have been coming to wanyoo since i was 17, im 21 now and brought a frw friends into play. we got a squad room and my boyfriend accidentally pressed the call for help button. The most rude individual came into the room, scoffed, rolled his eyes and was extremely rude to us. He kicked us out of the empty room and tried to throw us in a room with 2 other random guys when me and my friend are girls so we were uncomfortable. We were planning to spend money on food and minutes to play and enjoy our time. Everything has changed in this gaming cafe, it is boring, no longer welcoming and i felt really uncomfortable by the security guard. It was like he was trying to embarrass me in some way and therefore i will be taking this further as my father owns the building of the cafe and i will be getting the footage from that day. I have been coming to the cafe longer than that security guard even thought about working there. This occurred on Saturday at around 3-4am. This will not be taken lightly.

Liked it here :) Stayed from 12pm to 3am and the service was rly nice. Good drinks and food. Easy to understand system and good gaming pcs. Had fun

if i could rate them 0 stars i would. it’s the worst experience in a gaming cafe i’ve ever had. i’ve been here a couple times and when i did, the staff were very nice. but this time they were so rude and mean, even made my friend cry. first off, they blamed us for not asking for assistance when it’s not our fault their assistance system wasn’t working. we stated the problem we had and they simply said “it’s not our problem” when we asked for a refund. we literally didn’t play for a single minute and because of them my friends trip to london was ruined. never going here again and i recommend everyone else to look for a different gaming cafe.

The vending machine is extortionately over-priced and when there’s a failure and it takes your money without dispensing your card. I was loath to pay scalper prices… because that’s what they are, way more than a standard reseller markup. (£9+ for the current ‘new release’ booster pack) but I was with a group and didn’t want to be the grumpy Scrooge. Took my money; the machine was stuck on ‘processing’ for ages and then said ‘thanks’ and dispensed no cards. Staff just say “not our machine” and point to a phone number on the machine… it’s such a mess around that you’re best off saving your money. I’ve been promised a refund by the mystery operator behind the WhatsApp number but it has yet to arrive.
