Walked in for breakfast on a Thursday Spring sunny morning. It was lovely! Not crowded and a very relaxed vibe. Service was excellent too. Everything I ordered was delicious though I do feel the decaf latte can be improved on (it tasted a little watery).

Today, I visited The Cut with my husband and enjoyed their Sunday Roast. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. The restaurant’s ambiance was beautiful, and we enjoyed our lunch while a singer performed live, adding wonderful music to the experience. We originally planned to order the Sunday Roast along with dessert, but the set was very generous and left us completely full. We hope to return next month for dinner to try your desserts!

I arrived yesterday hoping to be mildly disappointed so that I wasn’t enticed to come back and spend a pretty penny again but alas… CUT was impeccable and we will for sure be returning. Truly a wonderful experience, with knowledgeable and professional staff, a beautiful selection of meats, and incredible food. From the beginning of our time there we knew we were in for a treat. Our waiter was friendly and gave us great recommendations when we asked what cuts of steak we should order. The steak tartare was delicious, but the tuna tartare cones were out of this world!! You must order them if you visit. Truly rivals tuna dishes I’ve ordered at dedicated sushi restaurants. We got the A5 filet mignon and the Australian Wagyu ribeye, both of which were incredible. The pairing of these together was recommended by our waiter and we’re so glad we listened to him! The fries and accompanying steak sauces were all really great too. Seriously not a ‘meh’ dish here. Even the complimentary bread was amazing! For dessert we ordered the chocolate soufflé. Another must order if you come to CUT. The restaurant also kindly brought us a second dessert to celebrate my partner’s birthday and all in all just made our evening so so special. Also want to shout out the sommelier who was fantastic. She clearly knew her stuff and recommended us a lovely bottle of wine to pair with our meal. Overall, CUT was an incredible experience. It is of course not cheap, but the price feels worth it given the quality of the food, the service, and the upscale atmosphere of the restaurant. It is one to save for a special occasion, and I know we will return in the future! Thank you guys!!

A perfect restaurant to celebrate a momentous occasion. Atmosphere and service is impeccable and the attention to detail makes for a splendid night. On the pricey side but worth it if you’re commemorating a special occasion. One of the best steak dishes I’ve had in London. We ordered the Australian Wagyu Steak (Halal) Dishes we tried - Housemade Tagiatelle with blue Lobster ***** - Grilled black tiger prawns **** - wild field mushrooms with Japanese shishito peppers **** - ribeye steak (Australian wagyu) ***** (not a fan of the steak sauce on the tangy side) - chocolate soufflé **** - spicy tuna tartare cones **** - wagyu sliders *** (cold but our fault for talking too much) Thank you Kofi for making our evening truly special!
