Very nice hidden place. We started with a dinner set menu for £80 where you get 3 courses and 2 cocktails. Very good deal for central London. Food was nice, something simple but delicious. Cocktails menu as well is nice I went for Pablo Escobar, the presentation is super fun and cocktail was delicious. Staff is friendly and nice. After 10pm more people arrived and Dj started changing atmosphere to more a club. Nice music, felt safe. If you a group of people recommend to book a table in a little Kave downstairs as you get more space and air plus if you lucky you get a game to play too ☺️

We went to Kave several times, and each visit was absolutely outstanding! Personally, I don’t usually enjoy crowded places or clubs, but this is something else..very intimate, perfect for a date night, with vibey music and fantastic cocktails. Not to mention the fabulous staff, especially Chris, whose knowledge of cocktails is top-notch, combined with his dedicated and personal approach to guests. We’ll definitely be back for more amazing music and the whole experience!

Very disappointed and unprofessional. Was really excited to go to this venue for my birthday. I messaged the team weeks in advance about my reservation where they were responding to me consistently until I started asking further questions. Assuming that my booking was still made as they said they had space, my friends and I arrived and they did not have a table for us. They obviously did not want to give my friends and I a table and did not make it clear on text that they were not continuing the reservation with us. They just randomly stopped responding to my messages and didn’t answer any calls. They did not make it clear which is super unprofessional and rude. I had even brought a cake which they said they could cut for me. Such a shame because it does look nice in there. Since we had travelled there we were lucky it was close to Soho and were able to find another venue that could accommodate us and ended up having a beautiful night else where! For such a ‘upscale’ venue communication needs to be matched. It’s clear they are selective and it needed to be communicated that way instead of ignoring messages.

We went as a group of 8 and were exceptionally disappointed. 1. We went for a friends 30th birthday, and were told that due to licensing issues they no longer turn in to a bar after 11. This was not made clear when booking on their website or on their social media, had this been made clear we would have booked elsewhere. 2. The food was average at best, three of us ordered steaks rare, but all came medium well done and was chewy, and the portion sizes were very small. The schnitzel was also chewy and small in portion sizes too 3. We had been given what was definitely tap water as it was in a “sparking water” glass bottle all night and yet we were charged just under £50 for still water - which possibly we should have specified as tap water when ordering, but either way was extortionate to charge for tap water. 4. We bought a cake and candles (they didn’t even use the 30 candle we bought or give that back) but charged us £3 pp for the cake we bought even though they didn’t even give all 8 of us a slice, only 7 of us - and our friend had previously asked and been told it was £1.50 charge Overall we felt disappointed and miss sold on our evening, We would not go back again, even though the atmosphere isnfun, and the dj was good, the food is not worth the price you are paying. We paid just under £1200 for 8 people. And most importantly it is not what they advertise on their website or social media, and it does not turn in to a bar with dancing at any point- so if that’s what you want as we did, and you want actual good food, try somewhere like Bambi E8 in Dalston, or Jumbi in Peckham.
