Shake Shack Canary Wharf

Huge thanks to Zuber for the outstanding service! We were the first guests to arrive for lunch, and he made us feel welcome straight away. He checked in several times to see how we were enjoying our food and even had some lovely conversations with us, which made the experience feel very personal and enjoyable. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, and it was honestly the perfect way to start our day. Zuber was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our visit. His excellent service made our meal even more memorable. Thank you for helping us start such a wonderful day. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Update: Since posting this review, the team reached out and handled the situation professionally. I appreciate the follow-up and their effort to make things right. — 34 mins for fast food! If you order from this location please don’t be German about it, do inquire immediately after 10 mins. I ordered at 7.36pm, my burger wasn’t made until 7.54pm (18 mins to make a double smokeshack) - it was only after I realised that after some people who ordered from the self-checkout who ordered after me (and got their names called out + on the screen) did I inquire at 8.10p; promptly giving me my food and made my lemonade.

I had an excellent first class experience at shake shack Canary Wharf. The restaurant was very clean / spotless. The staff were friendly at tills. ZUBER in particular greatly impressed us! He was very enthusiastic, professional, polite and genuine. Going above and beyond to bring us sauces to table and making us feel very welcomed! It was touching to see staff member genuinely work so hard and care about their job and customers. If only all places had somebody with such a positive and pleasant attitude. I hope that shake shack recognises his hard work and rewards him. Many thanks, Nick.

The service was incredible !! We were served and helped by Zuber who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He went above and beyond. He helped us with ordering our food, got us set up (wiping our table for us to make sure it was clean, bringing napkins and sauces over), brought our food over to us and checked on us asking how the food was once we had our food. Overall was a great experience, especially for a young couple visiting London for the first time. We felt very welcomed and like VIP guests !! Thankyou Zuber for making our day :)
