Sikulo Italian Cafe & Restaurant

What started as a random search for a pasta place near my house quickly turned into a weekly tradition. Over a year later, it’s still the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food is so good that we genuinely argue over who gets the last bit of pizza crust and if you’re fighting over crusts, you know you’ve found something special. If my dozens of pasta photos don’t convince you, I’m not sure what will my camera roll has basically become their menu 😅

Unbelievable disappointment! I ordered a pizza and a side dish, and I received the pizza via Deliveroo, transported vertically, so the pizza was obviously destroyed. I will easily be refunded by Deliveroo. However, the problem is that when I called the restaurant, the lady(owner) who answered seemed not to care at all. She told me, "We give it to the driver; after that, it's not our responsibility" (yes, we know that). But what I tried to suggest was to at least give it to a driver with the right box container,you know make sure, because if it doesn't fit, what's the point of delivering it to the customer? So, when I tried to make my point, she just hung up on me and didn't answer anymore. This is not the way how to run a business. Well, just remember, by avoiding the problem, you will create a bigger one. I definitely will never buy from your restaurant again, and I will also tell everyone I know to avoid this place. Remember, there are millions of better pizza places than yours in London. Also people have look they received so You can understand the level of ignorance from the way she answered the other review. This restaurant is a hidden gem for those looking to experience authentic Sicilian pizza. Everything from the interior decor, to the service to the food was 10/10. I went with the Bufolina pizza which was absolutely full of flavour and quality ingredients, even the crust was good enough to eat on its own! The service was what you’d expect from a family run business, warm, Friendly and full of good humour. If you’re looking for the perfect date night, lunch or family dinner, this is the place to go!

Just home after having dinner at Sikulo for the fourth time. Each time the food gets better, delicious, fresh clean taste. Good size portions without being overwhelming. Service is friendly and efficient without being cloying. Staff don’t come up to check if the food is OK (like some other restaurants) they don’t need to as it never disappoints. The owners work front of house and kitchen and they really do work hard. There is one issue that can’t be solved……Sikulo isn’t local to my house…..probably just as well as I would be in there every week!
