This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! From check-in to checkout, the staff were incredibly courteous and attentive—always ready to assist with a warm smile . Great location in Ealing, 2 minutes from Piccadilly and 10 min from Central and Elizabeth. Room was decent, but not happy with the way it was cleaned . The worst part of the stay was the person staying above us. Zero respect for quiet hours and decency. We complained but nothing was done. Thin walls so hearing loud talk, coughing, spitting and constant walking at 3-5 AM is not pleasant.
