Love love love this pub+hotel so much I've stayed there four times. Great craft cocktails at the vintage bar! Great food from the kitchen with either pre-fixe or a la carte options. While not new, the entire building, including guest rooms, has a Victorian charm about it: chandeliers, dentated mouldings, garden dining, velvet setees, the works! It's so cozy, unique, and comfortable it's my faithful companion for repeat visits. Plus the Kew Gardens neighborhood is splendid!

Delicious English Breakfast. Freshly cooked. I would have rated the rooms 5/5 if it had an AC and easy accessibility to connect charger or phones or Laptops. Note, this is a classic place to stay and there are no lift. You need to carry your luggages on the stairs! Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

What a wonderful spot to stay while exploring London! Steps from Kew Gardens and the District Line into the city. Clean rooms. Quiet location. A morning latte to kick off the day. Impeccable service by Henry and his team.

Had a beautiful Greek style salad for lunch. Unfortunately the evening menu was less inspiring. Mostly traditional pub style favorites. Reasonably well cooked but not up to the standard of the lunch
