This was the second time my friend and I have stayed in Five Oaks. We just love it there. The food, location, cleanliness and ambiance are all so good and Monica’s welcome is lovely. We’ve become such good friends. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her wonderful hospitality and if you have any reason to visit Derry Five Oaks should definitely be top of your list for somewhere to stay. It is situated in a beautiful rural location and yet it is very convenient for the city, Donegal and the Sperrins. Breakfast was just amazing.

We spent 3 nights in Five Oaks. Monica was great throughout our stay. Very friendly and forthcoming with information and places to go around the city of Derry. The rooms were very comfortable and peaceful location at night time. Breakfast was delicious and had everything in it you'd need to get you set up for the day. Less than 15 minute drive from the city centre. Taxi was only about 10-12£ if we choose to go out for a drink one of the nights. Would highly recommend and will be sure to stay again.

Just spent 4 days here with Adrian and Monica. Absolutely stunning place in an location often overlooked. We were made feel so very welcome and were encouraged to chill out and make the most of the garden but also we were given lots of information about the area. The cooked breakfast was great, times were flexible for breakfast too so we were under no pressure. The room was en suite and it was immaculate, and the beds are fantastic. If you are looking for a nice quiet, not too remote, relaxing place to stay and you aren't considering staying here, "you need your head looking at" as they say in Derry
