What visitors say
We had such a lovely day at Cadbury World in Birmingham. It was myself, my sister, and my son, and we all enjoyed every minute of our visit. There was so much to see and do, and it was great learning about the history of Cadbury and seeing how chocolate is made. My son especially loved the interactive activities and was excited from start to finish. Of course, the free chocolate along the way was a big hit with all of us! The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and they helped make the day even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, well organised, and easy to get around, so we could just relax and enjoy ourselves without feeling rushed. We also had fun looking around the gift shop and picking up a few treats to take home. The best part of the day was simply spending quality time together as a family. We made some lovely memories and had lots of laughs along the way. Cadbury World is a great place for both children and adults, and there's something for everyone to enjoy. If you're looking for a fun day out in Birmingham, I would definitely recommend it. We all left with big smiles, plenty of chocolate, and some wonderful memories. We'd happily visit again!

We went on a Saturday at 11.20am time slot we booked. We arrived early so did the shop & cafe 1st. Tour itself was good and considering it was sold out for the day there wasn't much of a wait to see or do any of it. Like 5 mins max for each part. 3d cinema part was really good and well laid out so you didn't miss any of it. All staff we came in contact with were super friendly. I was worried about booking a Saturday visit (we was on the way home from a holiday) thinking it would be to busy, but yes it was busy but it didn't feel like it. You got many samples while going round and had a chance to make your own chocolate (learn how to do it) in parts too. 1st time we have done Cadbury world and we would go again and explore the town also next time. Well worth a visit

Cadbury World was an amazing experience! We enjoyed exploring the huge variety of Cadbury chocolates and learning about the chocolate-making process. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. My wife and I had a wonderful time, and we ended up buying lots of delicious chocolates. It was a memorable trip, and we would definitely love to visit again. Next time, we'll be bringing our kids so they can enjoy this fantastic experience too. Highly recommended! If you want, I can also make it sound more personal or more suitable for a 5-star Google review.

We visited Cadbury World for the first time as tourists and had the best experience! We went on a weekday, so there was no waiting at all The experience was incredibly informative, covering the fascinating history of chocolate, from how the Spanish discovered cocoa through the Maya civilisation, right through to how the Cadbury factory was built in Bournville. It was engaging and well presented for both adults and children. The ride was fun and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed it. A very special thank you to Jay, who truly made our visit unforgettable. We ordered two custom-made chocolate slabs to take home, and Jay enthusiastically reminded us to film the process and even advised the staff for the best angle while they decorated the chocolate. He also kindly let us film a video for the chocolate we bought for my daughter’s best friend, as well as a video of my daughter herself with his perfect commentary! These videos will become such precious memories for both girls, Jay is absolutely our employee of the day! All the other staff were equally wonderful. The lady behind the chocolate toppings, along with everyone else we encountered, was enthusiastic, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They all contributed to making our visit a truly delightful chocolate-filled experience. Thank you so much to the amazing team at Cadbury World! we will remember this visit fondly! 🍫✨
