What a fantastic place to stay in Lymington. Just a very short walk to the top of the High Street, around the corner from a great pub and all sorts of restaurants. The room was just great, very large with a super king bed. Huge windows, so lots of light, lovely and warm too. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. The shower was great and lovely big towels. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and lovely smelling soap. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, biscuits and chocolate awaited us with the kettle. Also a mini fridge with fresh milk in and cold water. The house was in immaculate condition, looking like it had just been renovated, but apparently not. Breakfast was superb, with a huge choice. We can definitely voucher for the fresh fruit and full English. Top ups of tea and coffee in lovely big mugs. The welcome from Maria and Frazer was so warm, explaining how to operate the front door and Breakfast timings etc. To top it, there is plenty of parking too. Please visit this B&B, the experience is great. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here for the night before our morning ferry to the isle of wight. Fantastic welcome. Fantastic hosts very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We stayed in the wheelchair accessible hotels room which was so clean and roomy . If we ever come down to lymington again this would certainly be where we stay .perfect in every way. Thank you 😊

Thank you Fraser and Maria for a wonderful stay at your beautiful hotel. Ian and I had a very restful stay and enjoyed your great breakfast. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. We had a really lovely stay here - just 2 nights. It's at the top of the town within easy walking distance of everything. The room was beautifully appointed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was fresh and stylish. Fresh milk and cold water in the fridge were very welcome. Bath, shower, shampoo, etc were provided and of great quality. The whole hotel is beautiful and the furnishings really thought through and stylish. The breakfast was extensive with everything you could want, beautifully cooked and presented. The fresh fruit was lovely. We found out the history of the house and how the owners come to be there which was very interesting. We were made very welcome and would highly recommend and definitely stay again if we were visiting Lymington. They have bike storage as well.
