Red Robin sits close to Lymington, on the edge of the New Forest. The house holds four bedrooms and two bathrooms across two floors, sleeping up to nine guests. Ground floor rooms include a double, two singles, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a kitchen with full cooking facilities that opens onto a terrace. Upstairs are a kingsize bedroom, a children's room with bunks and a single bed, and a shower room. The living room has a smart TV; heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included.

Outside, an enclosed garden with terrace offers space for children to play safely. Barbecue, garden furniture and a summerhouse with Freeview TV are there for guests to use. The property has parking for two cars on site and a garage with bike storage. One dog stays free, and the house comes with a travel cot, highchair and stairgate if needed. No smoking indoors.
