Despite us not staying here overnight, the owners and staff need recognition for their kindness and hospitality. My family and I broke down while driving past and were able to limp the car up the drive. We were met with is everything ok and is there anything we can do. We explained we were waiting for the AA, who took 5hrs in the end! Our daughter's were able to play on the bouncy castles and soft play area, they even made a couple of friends. We took some business cards and will definitely look at booking next year (with a reliable car!). Thankyou all for your kindness and hospitality, our girls had a brilliant if unexpected day out

Owners very friendly. Felt part of the family. Caravan park with seasonal and touring pitches. Self contanined apartment and some shepherd huts. Lovely cafe on site. Clean toilets. 25 min walk to huttoft beach across fields. 35 min walk into Sutton on Sea. Owners recently taken over and are improving things all the time.

Saw the sign from the road for Tea Room, so had to stop. Had a some lovely pancakes and a welcome pot of tea before continuing our journey.. Friendly service.
