What visitors say
Had a great time at Hollywood Bowl Maidstone with my work colleagues for an after-work social gathering. The staff were incredibly professional, efficient, and always ready to help when needed, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere was lively and perfect for a fun evening out. One downside was the lack of halal food options, which limited my choices. My colleagues who did eat mentioned the food selection was decent, though some of them felt it was a bit dry. Still, the overall experience was fantastic—we all had a great time bowling and catching up. Would definitely recommend for a fun group outing, but it would be even better with more diverse food options.

This place needs some attention. It is dirty! I tripped and nearly fallen off because of the salt on the floor. There was leftovers everywhere, drinks, Redbull cans, used vapes on tables and floor bottles under the seats and even salt on the pool table, it was Monday and there was barely any people there, staff could’ve cleaned the mess but they didn’t even bother. I was trying to get their attention to tell them about the salt on the floor but they just ignored me and kept talking to each other. I would’ve given zero stars if I could. 🤮🤮🤮

First time bowling 🎳. Loved every part of it. Can't wait to try it again. You can get the tickets online. I played pool also but requires £2 for every game. Would be better if it was lesser than that. Couldn't play more for the fun of it😩

Had a lovely experience yesterday with my client - special needs. She absolutely loves it here and always has a good time. We were served by Alfie B who was very attentive, polite and interactive with my client. After bowling myself and my coworker had ordered a hot chocolate which wasn’t the greatest but despite Alfie being on his own serving customers, running backwards and forwards from the front desk and the bar, he made us another hot chocolate and added more chocolate for us even making sure it was okay and offering a refund. Always had a smile on his face and was a pleasure to be served by.
