Hornbeam Cottage is fully equipped for self-catering in the Malvern Hills. Everything essential is covered—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, and there's a welcome pack on arrival. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Two bedrooms sleep four: one double and two singles. The single bathroom has a shower. All rooms are on the ground floor, and a living and dining space with Freeview TV serves as the main gathering point.

The cottage comes with private parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with seating and furniture. One well-behaved pet stays free. No smoking indoors. The location sits within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the Malvern Hills visible from the property. A shop is 1¼ miles away; a pub and restaurant are 1 mile distant. Walks and cycle routes are readily accessible, and the Three Counties Showground and British Camp are both nearby. Great Malvern—with its priory, museum, shops, cafés and theatre—is a short drive, as are the villages of Hanley Castle and Hanley Swan. From here, destinations across Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire are within easy reach, including Ledbury, Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon and numerous Cotswolds towns.
