The Pavilion is a single-storey detached lodge set within the grounds of an active horse farm in the Malvern Hills. Everything happens on one level: an open-plan living space with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen fitted with an electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave, a double bedroom with ensuite bath and shower, and a second bedroom with two singles and a wet room. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided, along with electricity and heating throughout.
An enclosed garden with patio and sitting furniture opens directly onto the equestrian arena. A gas barbecue sits on the terrace. The property sleeps four and welcomes one pet at no extra charge. Parking for two cars is available on site. The farm sits adjacent to a bridle path, and guests can arrange to bring their own horse to stay—the owners offer stabling and access to the arenas. Without a horse, the location works equally well for walkers: the Malvern Hills rise immediately nearby, and market towns lie within straightforward reach.

We couldn't leave without booking again. We've had a fantastic stay, highly recommend a stay here. We've stayed in a number of UK cottages before and this was the first with a washing machine (amazing as I have messy kids). The local area is beautiful, theres lots of supermarkets and shops near by but its so peaceful. We will really miss the view from the outside seating, the friendly owners, and being able to watch the horses jumping from our windows. And finally my husband has mobility issues so the accessible wet room and widened doorframes have been a great help! We will be booking yearly from now on 👍
